Ms. Riley serves as the Administrative Assistant at MMP, bringing over five years of experience in early childhood care, including four years in a Montessori environment in Ohio, where she served as an Educator and Assistant Director. She recently made the exciting move to South Carolina in May and is thrilled to be part of the MMP community.

Riley holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies with a concentration in Child and Youth Development from Kent State University. Her academic background, combined with her hands-on experience, reflects her deep commitment to supporting the growth and development of children in both classroom and administrative settings.

In her role, Riley, alongside Ms. Megan, is the friendly and knowledgeable point of contact for families, staff, and visitors. She supports the school’s daily operations, coordinates communication, and ensures that the environment remains welcoming and well-organized. Her calm, compassionate nature helps create a supportive atmosphere that aligns with the Montessori philosophy of respect, independence, and community.

Riley has always been passionate about working with children and their families. She values the Montessori approach for its emphasis on nurturing the whole child and fostering lifelong learning.

She looks forward to getting to know each family and contributing to the continued success of the MMP community!
