Ms. Gaby brings a passion for early childhood education and a strong commitment to creating nurturing, respectful environments where children feel safe, supported, and confident. With two years of experience working with infants and toddlers, Gabrielle has developed a deep appreciation for the importance of the early years and the relationships that help children thrive. She holds her Child Development Associate (CDA) credential and recently achieved her RIE® Foundations Certification.

Gabrielle was drawn to education through her love of working with children and her desire to be part of their early development. She believes children deserve to be treated as capable individuals and given the time, space, and support they need to grow at their own pace. Her approach is grounded in patience, respect, and thoughtful observation, allowing her to better understand each child's unique needs and interests.

At Little Learners Lodge, Gabrielle appreciates the way Montessori and RIE® principles come together to encourage independence, curiosity, and hands-on learning. She strives to create a classroom environment where children are given meaningful choices, opportunities to solve problems independently, and the encouragement to explore their abilities while also learning how to work respectfully alongside others.

Ms. Gabrielle focuses first on understanding what a child may be communicating rather than simply reacting to the behavior. She observes the child and considers their individual needs, the environment, and the circumstances surrounding the moment. This thoughtful approach allows her to respond with patience and empathy while helping children develop the skills, they need to navigate big emotions and social experiences.
