She is committed to creating respectful, peaceful learning environments and supporting families through meaningful partnerships.

Ms. Alex, a Teacher and Mentor Teacher Trainer, brings over two decades of experience guiding children, parents, and caregivers through intentional, respectful learning environments. Her passion for fostering independence and collaboration continues to shape her work as a Parent Guidance Facilitator.

Assistant Director

Ms. Riley serves as the Assistant Director at MMP, bringing over five years of experience in early childhood care, including four years in a Montessori environment in Ohio, where she served as an Educator and Assistant Director. She recently made the exciting move to South Carolina in May and is thrilled to be part of the MMP community.

Ms. Gaby brings a passion for early childhood education and a strong commitment to creating nurturing, respectful environments where children feel safe, supported, and confident. With two years of experience working with infants and toddlers, Gabrielle has developed a deep appreciation for the importance of the early years and the relationships that help children thrive. She holds her Child Development Associate (CDA) credential and recently achieved her RIE® Foundations certification.

David, AMS Montessori Infant Toddler Credentialed, RIE® and Pikler® trained, Multimedia Specialist , combines Montessori expertise with a passion for nature to foster environments where children can confidently explore and learn. His holistic approach, enriched by experiences as a Master Gardener and beekeeper, emphasizes authentic growth and community care.

Ms. Tiffany, Montessori Doula Certified, RIE® Foundations, Infant Supervisor, draws from RIE®, Pikler, and Montessori principles to help young children build independence and resilience. Her teaching approach emphasizes trust in children’s natural development, guiding them at their own pace toward milestones and growth.

Ms. Karen, a seasoned mentor and Montessori educator, brings over 25 years of experience in nurturing children’s development and training early childhood professionals. Her work at Little Learners Lodge is driven by a passion for independence, empathy, and creating environments of growth for children and educators alike.

IMC Montessori Assistant Teacher Certified

Ms. Alexandra has been teaching young children for over seven years and brings both RIE® and Montessori Early Childhood Assistant certifications to our team. We've been lucky enough to have Ms. Alexandra here for over a year! Ms. Alexandra is passionate about creating a calm and joyful classroom where children feel respected, curious, and confident to explore the world around them.

RIE® Foundations

Ms. Summer brings a lifelong passion for caring for young children to Little Learners Lodge. As the oldest sibling in her family, she naturally stepped into a caregiving role from an early age, helping raise her three younger siblings before becoming the trusted babysitter for family friends throughout her teenage years. Those early experiences inspired her to pursue her Child Development Associate (CDA) and Florida Child Care Professional (FCCP) certifications while gaining valuable classroom experience through her high school's VPK program.

Head of School, AMI Montessori Early Childhood Credentialed, RIE® and Pikler® Advanced

Ms. Megan, Head of School and Trainer, has helped shape Little Learners Lodge for over 25 years, blending Montessori expertise with her passion for fostering long-term relationships and mutual trust. Her award-winning teaching philosophy centers on observation, independence, and guiding children through respectful learning experiences.

Ms. Amy

Primary Montessori Mentor Master Teacher

With 17 years of teaching experience, Ms. Amy brings a wealth of knowledge and certifications in Montessori, RIE®, Orton-Gillingham, and as a Master Naturalist. As our Primary teacher, she is also the go-to expert on all things creeping, crawling, and flying—always ready to spark curiosity about the natural world. Her deep love of nature and hands-on learning inspires children to explore with wonder. Beyond the classroom, she’s also a proud parent, with her son having graduated from MMP.

RIE® Pathways Intern

Ms. Artashea, known as Ms. GiGi, is a dedicated Zero-Three teacher and co-facilitator of Parent Guidance classes, committed to nurturing self-awareness and confidence in young learners. A loving mother of three, she brings compassion and a collaborative teaching style to the Little Learners Lodge community.

CGMS Primary Montessori Certified Teacher

Mr. Noah brings four years of Montessori teaching experience from Chicago to Little Learners Lodge. Originally from the Boston area, Noah earned his degree from Xavier University in Cincinnati before pursuing Montessori certification and discovering a passion for child-centered education.

Nutrition & Permaculture Liasion, Photographer

Mr. Roman's connection to Montessori of Mount Pleasant comes full circle. As a graduate of the school himself, he experienced firsthand the nurturing environment and strong sense of community that make Little Learners Lodge so special. Returning as a member of the team has allowed him to combine his passions for food, creativity, and community while giving back to the place that helped shape his early years.
