For the past seven years, Ms. Tiffany has dedicated her career to supporting families as a primary infant teacher. She currently serves as the Infant Supervisor and has a unique way of modeling Magda Gerber’s Educaring® Approach. RIE® Foundations trained, Tiffany is passionate about fostering independence and resilience in young children while continuing to dive deeper into the Montessori, Pikler, and RIE® models of early childhood education.

Tiffany’s teaching philosophy is inspired by the RIE® method, which emphasizes trusting each child’s natural development. She is committed to helping children discover their independence, competence, and resilience at their own pace, embodying the belief that “every child will hit milestones when they are ready.” At the center, she provides a supportive environment that balances independence with collaboration. What inspires Tiffany most is knowing that her efforts contribute to shaping the next generation of leaders. To parents, Tiffany offers this valuable advice: “Wait, wait, wait!
