The flat we liked in March was unbearable in July
We saw a flat in March, west facing, lovely light, and we nearly signed that week. In July we came back to the same building for a second viewing two floors up and understood why the previous owner was selling.
Now we ask for an afternoon viewing in summer or we do not go at all. Morning viewings make every room look calm and cool, which is rather the point of a morning viewing.
